SPAM consists mainly of
one of two things:
-
The
sending of unsolicited email - meaning that the recipient of your
email hasn't specifically requested the information you are sending,
and/or the recipient of your email hasn't specifically agreed to
receive your email.
-
Inappropriate
postings in the USENET Newsgroups - meaning that your post has
nothing to do with the topic of discussion for that particular
newsgroup.
If you
are going to SPAM (as outlined above) you are not allowed to include any
URL that either directly points to any 100 Percent Commission web page
or to a page that links to any 100 Percent Commission web page. You are
also not allowed to mention the name 100 Percent Commission in your
emails.
In
addition, in order to be Totally CanSpam compliant, all email messages
must include the following items:
-
Your
legal name or registered business name.
-
A
current and valid email address that you check daily by which
recipients may contact you or request removal
-
Subject
lines must not be deceptive to mislead the recipient as to the
actual content of the email.
-
You
must never forge the email headers.
-
A way
for recipients of your email to remove themselves (unsubscribe) from
future emails.
If 100 Percent Commission
is forwarded a spam complaint that links to your 100 Percent Commission
web site and the above criteria are not found in your email then you
risk immediate termination.
Removal
requests by the recipient must be dealt with immediately. 100 Percent Commission
does not allow you to send further emails to the recipient after the
first Removal request is received by you. We suggest you save all
removal requests for future reference in case you are accused of spam.
If 100 Percent Commission
is sent a copy of a removal request and we have proof that future emails
were sent to the same recipient you risk immediate termination.
By
agreeing to these terms you acknowledge you understand that if you
violate our Spam policy your 100 Percent Commission membership may be
terminated immediately and you will forfeit all unpaid and future
commissions and access to the 100 Percent Commission Members Only Site.
You also
acknowledge that if your violation of this policy causes any damage or
loss to our servers, or causes one (or more) of our web sites to be
interrupted from normal service, you will be held liable for damages and
loss of business.
It is
important to understand that every web site, including 100 Percent Commission,
exists on the Internet through the services of an Internet Service
Provider (ISP). All ISP's are heavily regulated and take swift action
when any of their clients are generating spam complaints.
If an ISP
is not responsible in dealing with such clients they risk having their
business shut down. As a result, ISP's are very strict with their
clients.
As a
result, 100 Percent Commission must also enforce strict guidelines to
reduce spam. Not doing so puts thousands of 100 Percent Commission
members' businesses in jeopardy of being taken offline by our ISP. So to
protect you, your 100 Percent Commission business, and our business we
require you to follow the 100 Percent Commission Spam Policy closely..
Ignorance is no
defense where SPAM is concerned - when in doubt, contact us first.
If you feel you've been spammed by one of our members,
please contact us.
Include the email you received with all headers intact. Thank you
If you have
any questions or concerns regarding any of these policies please don't
hesitate to contact us.
